What we do:
We will clear all drains using our K50 machine to remove all hair, food and debris that may be causing the problem.
We will clear any clogged or backed up toilet through either snaking or auguring.
We will remove any old cracked or damaged pipes whether it be clay or PVC with new PVC plastic pipe.
We will scoop, clean and snake storm drains and catch basins to fully remove all debris that may be causing a back up.
We will use a camera for inspection we can locate the condition of existing drains and pipes in order to assess and correct the problem.
Floor drains can be cleared or replaced depending on whether they are backed up or broken.
We will replace any cracked and damaged waterlines with new copper piping.
We begin by digging the foundation around the building so that we can parge and seal any cracks prior to using high technology blue seal tar, delta plastic membrane, and 3/4 inch gravel to keep water from seeping into the basement. After which we backfill and clean up the worksite restoring the property to exactly the way it was when we arrived.
Install a backwater valve on your sanitary and/or storm sewer line to prevent water from backing up into your basement. Backwater valves need to be installed properly and regularly inspected and maintained.
Available subsidy = 80% of the invoiced cost up to a maximum of $1,250 including eligible labour, materials, permit and taxes.
Important: Backwater valves are designed to close the sewer line and prevent water from entering your home. When the valve is closed you should not use any plumbing fixtures, such as toilet, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., because water will not drain through the sanitary line and will backup into your home.
